HOW WILL MY PLANT ARRIVE?

Our plants ship in their nursery grow pot to allow for a safe and comfy ride all the way to your doorstep.

Allowing plants to stay in their grow pot while being shipped helps reduce the risk of stress and shock that could happen if they were to be potted in a new planter before leaving the greenhouse.

DO THE PLANTS COME IN A POT OR DO I HAVE TO BUY THEM SEPARATELY?

Each plant is shipped in its nursery pot. However, we have a selection of decorative pots that are available for purchase.

IF I ORDER A DECORATIVE POT, WILL MY PLANT BE POTTED FOR ME?

Unfortunately, this is not a service we provide, and we do this for several reasons. – Your plant has gone on a big journey! It will need some time to acclimate to your home before it is repotted. If we repotted your –plant for you, then we would be causing unnecessary additional stress that could cause your plants to become upset.

Some of our pots do not have drainage holes, and watering should be done with caution. The nursery pots do have drainage holes and will allow air to circulate around the roots during shipping.

WHY DOES MY PLANT LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

Live plants and small batch pottery will have variations in color, texture, finish, and size.

While we make every effort to display our potted plants as accurately as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online.

Be sure to click on the exact plant pot size to get the most accurate image of the plant you will receive.

Shipping

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is based on weight. You can check the rate once you have added items to cart and entered shipping address.

Be sure to sign up for emails to get free shipping codes!

HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Typically, it will take around 2-5 days to process your order until you receive tracking information, then depending on where you are in the country, it should take around 2-6 day to reach you after shipment. Please note that during holiday periods, orders may take up to a week to process. 

Plants will always be shipped separate from clothing/coffee products. There will be two shipping labels and tracking numbers created.

If you have already placed your order but have yet received the order or tracking, submit your inquiry through our contact us form.  

WHERE DO WE SHIP

Cotton Plus Cream ships nationwide throughout the continental United States. 

We currently do not ship PLANTS to Hawaii or Puerto Rico due to agricultural restrictions. 

Subscriptions

HOW DOES THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOX WORK?

Our monthly subscription box delivers fresh and healthy houseplants every month to your delivery address. Each month, a different plant is chosen for the monthly box from our team members. Subscriptions can be paid for month to month or even a year in advance. 


Subscription boxes can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states. 

WHAT IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

We do not accept returns for the monthly subscription boxes.

However, if your plant or planter arrives damaged, please send an email with a photo to support@cottonpluscream.com upon receiving your plant. 


You can easily cancel or change your subscription box by emailing us at support@cottonpluscream.com

WHAT ARE THE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS?

By purchasing a subscription box, you agree and acknowledge that you subscription has a recurring payment charge and you agree the House Plant Box may submit monthly charges to your credit card. By purchasing the subscription, you accept responsibility of recurring charges. Monthly charges are not refundable if your box has shipped.

At this time, you may not use any promo or discount codes to purchase the subscription box.
