- March 1st: Self-Injury Awareness Day
- March 4th: World Obesity Day (While this is not solely focused on mental health, it is often linked to mental health as obesity can be a risk factor for depression and other mental health conditions)
- March 6th-12th: National Sleep Awareness Week (While this is not solely focused on mental health, sleep is critical for mental and emotional well-being)
- March 10th: National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (While this is not solely focused on mental health, people living with HIV/AIDS are at higher risk of mental health conditions)
- March 30th: World Bipolar Day
